Everything was great till i got to the part where u put the handles on cabinet then it kicks me out the game and whenever i try to do something else same thing.

I have done everything the troubleshooting tips say to do, with no success. Game keeps crashing and has been this way for over a week. Hope there will be an update soon, because up until the crash it was enjoyable.

This title delivers to expected gorgeous graphics, user-friendly game play, and intriguing story. Highly recommended!

Usually I dont have problems with Big Fish games (I especially like the others in this series), but this one is broken. I got less that an hour into the game before dead ending with a repeatable crash. Very disappointed.

I shouldve gone by the reviews and not bought this since it also is crashing for me. I love parables so this was really disappointing.

I have iPhone 6 plus and was excited to play this game. Beginning was good but now Im stuck on the same part as everyone else. I make the key open the second side of locked dresser. Try to leave room and crash. I tried to go to different room via map and crash. Restart and crash. Please do an update to fix. I was hoping to buy all the dark parables as this was my first one to play but have bought two. Afraid to buy the big pack if its gong to crash. Thanks.

I love the Dark Parables games. This one was just as wonderful. I love the new spin on fairy tales and how theyre all intertwined. My only issue is the lack of variety in the HOS. Its all just trying to find the pices based on pictures in under a minute for an achievement. I personally dont care about unlocking an achievement for the HOS. I just want creative ways to find them. I found myself just tapping rapidly all over the screen to get it done in under a minute. Thats the only thing I would change.

The game works fine until the words Chapter 4 float up. Then, anything I try to click on throws me out of the game. This game is beautiful but not playable.

I love all the dark parable games, unfortunately, I keep getting kicked out after a certain point. Disappointed for sure. Hopefully this glitch is fixed otherwise I am gonna be one unhappy customer.

This game was kinda short but good looking forward to dark parables repunzal and the sand witch

You can get up to the third chapter then app keeps crashing on you every time you try to go to another room. Has done this about six times in a row before I finally gave up on playing. I loved all the other ones but this one is making me not like it period. Please fix!!

This is the second time Ive downloaded the game. I didnt even get as far as I did the first time when it crashes. And this is AFTER your "update"!!!!!! If it continues, I will never purchase another Dark Parables game.

Let me just say, Im getting REALLY frustrated with this game and the Big Fish company. It looks like the game is crashing in many different places. I have had this game for about a month and a half and I have tried to restart the game at least 10 times within that time frame. Each time I try it, it crashes at a different spot. Like many other people here, I LOVE the dark parable game series. HOWEVER, if this problem is not resolved, not only will I never buy a Big Fish game again, I will have to recommend that no one I know buys this game simply because it would be an absolute waste of their money since the company does not seem capable enough to fix this MASSIVE issue!

I loved the previous Dark Parable games, but this one was too short, buggy and it crashed. It is a shame as this a great series. It needed more time in development.

Love the game but it crashes non- stop. Not playable. Update: deleted game and reloaded. Now works! :)

I am currently stuck in the greenhouse, the current active objective is Find a way to break through the magic barrier. And every adjacent room has a star indicating that there is something to do. Trying to exit to one of these rooms crashes the app, trying to use the map to travel to any location results in crashing the app. Ive tried force-quitting the app and restarting the device, next is to restart the game but judging from the other comments posted here that will likely not resolve anything. iPad Mini 2 (8.4) EDIT: starting over with a new player solved my crash, but since I had previously been so near the end I sped through gameplay. Overall a poor experience.

Got to green house and began to crash. I have tried everything big fish recommended for app support, but nothing worked. Will try to reinstall. If works will update review if not....

I dont know if its because big fish has so many games or they just dont care because they have your money. But they dont seem to be on top of fixing these crashes. You can only get so far and then it shuts down. Save your money till you see the reviews change.
